Over the last year, Inventory Not Received (INRs) claims are greatly increasing for retailers and food delivery companies, with reports of >33% increase in INRs YoY.
How do fraudsters target retailers?
Professional fraudsters offer their services for a fee to obtain full refunds for consumers, without the original purchased products being returned.
Utilizing a return label to send an empty box or box filled with miscellaneous items that were not purchased on your site, to your warehouse. They will often call to request a refund once they can confirm the box was received by your fulfillment center, but before your warehouse has inspected and returned the item.
3rd party payment providers such as mobile wallets and BNPL providers. Some retailers may be seeing an increase in claims or disputes being filed for INR claims that are being approved by the 3rd party, with the merchant footing the bill.

Module 3: Successful strategies to reduce the impact of refund fraud on your business

$575 for the 6-hour workshop + 1 open office hours session (Thursdays from 11am-1pm CT starting Sept 9)
$875 for the full workshop + 90 mins of one-on-one consulting to create a custom strategy for your specific refund fraud issues (consulting time to be booked by 11-30-21) (after the course, consulting hours can be purchased for 3 hrs/$1000)
